Loftus Developments and Investments Logo
Loftus Developments LLC is a real estate development company in Colorado with an investment arm. We developed two logos for them, both are the same design with one incorporating "Investments" and the other "Developments" under the owners name. The "L" graphic represents mid-rise architecture with the steps of a plaza below. The bold simple lettering is very noticeable from long distances. This was one of our first logo designs.
